By accessing or using isay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of services

isay provides a platform that transforms your development work into marketing content. We connect with your tools (GitHub, Jira, Linear, etc.) and use AI to generate marketing materials including social posts, pitch decks, and announcements.

3. User accounts

You must create an account to use isay. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to isay. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your data to provide the services. We do not claim ownership of your content or the generated marketing materials.

5. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are subject to change with notice. All payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period. Free tier limitations apply as described in our pricing page.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

7. Limitation of liability

isay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
